Experience

Rooted in the open fields of rural Lincolnshire, Hayley Murfin brings a deep connection to nature and a lifelong curiosity about how humans relate to their environment. After a 30-year leadership career in the catering industry—where she guided teams through growth, change, and transformation—Hayley followed her calling into the world of personal and professional development.

Trained in Equine-Facilitated Learning with Athena Herd and Somatic Coaching through the Strozzi Institute, Hayley integrates the wisdom of the body with the intuitive presence of horses. Her work offers individuals and teams the opportunity to slow down, tune in, and experience authentic connection—beyond words and roles.

Hayley’s approach is calm, compassionate, and systemic. She supports people in exploring the dynamics shaping their relationships, organisations, and sense of self. Whether in a paddock or a coaching session, Hayley creates space for genuine insight and transformation to emerge naturally.

At the heart of her work lies a simple truth: when we listen deeply—to ourselves, to others, and to the wisdom of nature—clarity and change follow.
